Terms of Service — NL Housing Alerts

1. Service description

NL Housing Alerts ("the Service") monitors publicly available listings on Dutch regional social-housing portals and sends notifications via Telegram when new listings match your configured filters.

2. No affiliation

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by WoningNet, DAK, MijnDAK, or any housing corporation.

3. No guarantee of housing

The Service provides information only. We do not guarantee availability of homes, successful reactions, or allocation. You are responsible for registering on regional portals, uploading inkomensverklaring, and reacting manually within portal rules.

4. Subscription

• Annual fee as displayed at checkout (currently €30/year unless stated otherwise).
• Stripe: subscription renews automatically per Stripe Billing terms.
• Mollie (iDEAL): annual one-off payment; you will receive a renewal reminder before expiry.
• Refunds: contact support@example.com within 14 days of purchase if the Service never delivered alerts due to our fault.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute listing data commercially.
• Use the Service to automate reactions on housing portals.
• Attempt to circumvent portal terms of use.

6. Account security

You are responsible for your account password and Telegram device. Use email OTP at login. We do not store regional portal passwords.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, the Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed listings, delayed notifications, portal downtime, or housing outcomes.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
